Project Update
Sprink Construction delivered a design-build tenant improvement project for an advanced nutraceutical manufacturing facility in Denver, Colorado.
Our team supported the client’s expansion into the gummy supplements sector by transforming a 50,000 SF space into a highly specialized production environment. The project included significant utility service upgrades and strict adherence to NSF certification standards for nutritional manufacturing.
The new facility features extensive infrastructure — including chilled water, boiler systems, heavy power, compressed air, and precise temperature controls — all designed to support top-tier gummy supplement production, on-site packaging, and distribution.
A big thank you to our partners and the Sprink team for bringing this complex project to life.

✅ A new spec suite now available for lease
Delivering functional, high-quality spaces that meet both tenant needs and future demand is what we do best—and it’s always rewarding to see a building come to life inside and out.

Excited to see this space activated and Helena moving into their new facility.
Tendeg Buildout
Project Spotlight
Tendeg Buildout at Bolder Innovation Campus
Sprink Construction was proud to partner with Tendeg on their advanced aerospace buildout in Louisville, CO — a 100,000 SF core & shell project with a 28,000 SF office buildout and 15,000 SF mezzanine.
From the earliest stages, our team was fully engaged:
✅ Led lease review, design team selection, and preconstruction budgeting
✅ Delivered value engineering solutions to keep the project within budget
✅ Provided creative alternatives for long-lead electrical and HVAC equipment to avoid schedule delays
✅ Navigated complex permitting challenges, including successful at-risk permit filing to keep construction moving
Early coordination with subcontractors and long-lead vendors allowed us to stay ahead of potential delays and keep the project on track.
A special thanks to Gregg Freebury and the Tendeg team for the opportunity and continued partnership.
